岗位职责：

1）   Monitor, respond and resolve all online customer service issues;

         负责中文官网上客户咨询的实时解答；

2）   Manage all online Quotes submitted; enter Price & Delivery request;

         管理/跟进并完成所有网站上的报价/交期等问题；

3）   Proactive new customer acquisition: Quote follow-up, MyPEI accounts w/no activity, Tech Support, Webchat, Contact Us, in-bound lead follow-up…

         积极主动地通过多渠道获取线上新客户，如激活MyPEI账户中的不活跃客户/技术支持询问/实时交流对话框/‘联系我们’的网站页面/现有leads跟进等；

4）   Coordinate lead conversion and promo campaigns with Marketing;

        配合Marketing部门策划并执行官网线上促销活动；

5）   Connect and collaborate with E-commerce teams and assist in planning online activities to promote online sales growth;

       与其它外部电商团队对接及合作，并协助策划线上活动促进线上销售增长；

6）   Coordinate with IT and Marketing on break/fixes needed and enhancements;

       协助IT和Marketing部门对网站进行修复，升级和改善 ；

7）   Develop and manage reporting on agreed upon metrics – weekly, monthly。

       每周/每月撰写并提交相关数据分析报告

8）Constantly track competitors and stay abreast of sales comparison data；

       持续跟踪竞争对手，及时掌握销售对比数据；

9） Recommend new promotions to increase sales。

       推荐新的促销活动以提升销售额。

 

岗位要求：

1）   More than 5 years working experience, bachelor degree or above preferred;

      3-5年工作经验，本科学历以上优先；

2）   Excellent verbal and written English, can use English as a working language;

        优秀的英语听说读写能力，能将英语作为工作语言使用；

3）  A passion for the Internet in general and ecommerce in particular；

        热爱互联网，尤其是电子商务；

 4）Experience working with an ERP system preferred;

        有ERP系统的操作经验者优先；

5）   Ideally, experience with web analytics tools, e.g. Google/Baidu Analytics;

        熟悉网站分析工具--google数据统计或百度数据统计工具；

6）   Excellent data analysis and processing capabilities, proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel & PPT;

7）   Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;

        具备同时处理多个项目及时间管理能力；

8）   Familiar with the Internet and e-commerce platform to understand the habits of customers' online browsing and online shopping;

9）  E-commerce sales experience is preferred.
