• Maintaining billing cycle in ERP, issuing VAT invoice and exporting invoice, sending invoices to customers timely.
• 系统***，开具增值发票和外销税务发票，及时寄出发票。
• Preparing customer invoices on promptly basis.  Keeping good control of VAT invoicing system under Tax bureau requirements.
• 准备开具发票给客户，按照税务局的要求维护好增值税发票开票系统。
• Updating customer statements, reconciling AR balance and send confirmation letter to customer regularly.
• 客户对账单，调节应收账款余额，定期发确认函给客户。
• Timely system booking for customer payments, monthly review with sales team to follow the status of customers’ payments.
• 登记客户收款，月度与销售确认客户应收账款状态。
• Credit control review with sales engineer; including credit limit and payment status review. Blocking delivery when needed.
• 售确认客户信用额度和付款条款的状况,必要时冻结那些超期货款没有收款进展的客户。
• Monthly closing reports.
• 有关事宜，月度结账报告。
• Implement each HSE law in point and《HSE notice of working in workshop》
• 执行各项适用的环境健康安全法律法规及《现场作业环境健康安全须知》
• Other tasks or duties as assigned. 
• 其他主管交待的事务。

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree with major in Finance related. Graduated from 211/985 University.

• 2+ years working experience in accounting area, AR experience needed.
