Assist in the management of all day to day finance matters, including but not limited to, invoicing, AR, AP, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Tax.

Assist with the production of the monthly management accounts by preparing and entering journals for all accruals, prepayments and provisions.

协助编制管理报表，预提，预付和各种准备金的记账。

Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed to agreed deadlines with all reconciling items investigated and resolved promptly.

确保资产负债表和其他项目一致，及时发现和解决问题。

Assist to prepare and enter the monthly accounts into the Group consolidation system.

协助准备和申报集团月度报表。

Assist in the preparation of information for local management performance reviews.

协助准备本地管理层业务分析所需信息。

Continuously review existing working practices and processes to identify and implement efficiency improvements.

持续性审视现有工作流程和业务实操，识别和实施持续改进。

Ensure all local / national government reporting to comply with regulatory requirements is completed accurately and by the required deadline.

确保所有本地政府报告符合要求，并及时准确申报。

Assist in the preparation and collation of information for the year-end external audit and liaise with the external auditors.

协助准备和收集年度外部审计资料和信息，与外部审计师保持联络。

Assist in the preparation of the annual statutory accounts for the company.

协助公司年度汇算清缴和年报。

Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.

财务经理安排的其他事宜。

A Bechelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent finance focused subject and/or a professional finance qualification (CPA preferred)

会计，财务或相关专业本科学历，持有相关证书（中级职称为必须，CPA优先）

5 years proven experience of working in a similar role and / or at an equivalent level in a comparable business, auditor experience is welcome.

五年以上相关工作经验，和/或在同等业务水平的公司，审计经验优先

Fluent in written and spoken English

英语听说读写流利

Good communication skills and can solve problems

良好的沟通技能，能解决问题
