Report to: 硕腾宠物客服中心负责人

职位描述

主要职责包括

• 通过成功处理客户咨询来提高客户体验，并为Zoetis小动物产品提供技术支持。
• 处理所有来自诊所、宠物店以及宠物主人等客户的来电
• 为现有的Zoetis诊断客户提供技术支持，提高客户满意度
• 执行维护呼叫中心程序和政策
• 跟踪、记录和归档呼叫中心系统的所有常规呼叫，以便进行数据分析和KPI报告
• 处理客户解决方案案例，确保所有案例都得到专业和高质量的处理
• 与其他部门(供应链、技术、市场等)保持联系，解决疑难问题

职位要求

• 医学、药学等相关专业在读学生
• 暑假期间能全职工作，开学后双休日可以工作
• 优质的客户服务态度和极强的沟通能力
• 有MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 的简单处理能力和学习能力
• 工作积极主动, 有上进心和团队合作精神
• 有主人翁精神，有责任心
