岗位：模具经理 Tooling Manager
工作地点：江苏省常州市
汇报对象：总经理

岗位工作职责
1、负责模具设计的全面管理工作；
2、负责新模具开发的设计工作及确保按时完成模具设计计划；
3、对模具结构、模具问题进行分析及试模过程控制
4、对于设计模具结构绘画出模具总装图
5、分析产品数据及图纸的模具的工艺特性
6、分析与解决模具制造过程中出现的常见问题点
7、不断地对下属进行培训和培养，建立和健全一支高效的模具设计队伍；
8、按时完成公司领导临时分配的工作任务。

岗位工作要求
1、男，年龄在28-45岁；
2、本科或以上学历，模具制造专业或机械设计等相关专业；
3、优秀英语听说读写能力；
4、精通塑料模具设计，8年以上模具设计经验并具有4年模具设计主管或经理的工作经验；
5、擅长标准化建设；
6、具有多型腔无流道模具设计的协调经验；
7、能熟练的使用PRO-E，UG，CATIA等三维软件及ERP系统的日常操作；
8、熟悉ISO2000及TS16949质量管理体系及5S管理的要求与运作；
9、具备良好的敬业精神、积极上进的态度、协作顺畅、主观能动的能力；
