Gaming Tester

 

THE ROLE:

You will be part of a cross-disciplinary team to help reproduce and analyze end-user reported issues.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reproduce and analyze end-user reported quality issues, driving to resolution
• Communicate key status updates high-impact quality issues from E-Tailer to AMD China team and assist to deliver solution in gaming social communities
• Report key resolution metrics to establish strategies for end user experience improvement
• Work directly with AMD China about Radeon Software Beta Tester community for experience feedback
• Free-play PC gaming with key objective to mirror natural end user configurations

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive understanding of China gaming community social space(Tieba, Chiphell, etc)
• Understanding of common PC graphics software and hardware for gaming
• Traditional China social media and streaming broadcasting platforms(Weibo, Douyu, Bilibili)
• Rich background in PC gaming or competitive PC gaming
• Fluent in English

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• BE/Master degree
