职位描述
Main Responsibilities:主要职责
Customer relationship management客户关系管理
Accountable for managing strategic customers assigned to him/her
有责任管理分配给他/她的战略客户
Accountable for accuracy of customer data and hierarchies.
对客户的资料以及领导层的准确性负责
Accountable for customer plans, their approval and follow-up with the unit management
对客户的计划、他们的确认以及与区域管理的跟踪负责
Accountable for building and coordinating relationships on many levels between customers
与客户的不同层级之间建立合作性的关系

组织巨人通力和其他资金持有人的
Responsible of evaluating any commercial or operational risks or customer complaints related to the account and raising them with the Management team
对任何商务或者合同执行阶段的风险进行评估,配合管理团队处理客户的投诉
Sell:销售
Responsible for creating and managing opportunities in his/her customer base with the account teams
同大项目及战略客户部团队一起开发及管理新的客户
Responsible for sharing customer knowledge and contacts to support other account team members to win the orders
与大项目及战略客户部其他同事分享关于客户的信息及合同等内容以便于他们获得合同
Creates value propositions with clearly described benefits of Giant KONE solutions for customer’s needs
根据客户需求提供巨人通力具有价值的、清楚且可以描述的建议
Accountable for national or frame agreements and managing the customer’s contract portfolio
负责全国性的或者框架协议,管理客户的合同文件
Responsible for developing the profitability of the customers’ business with Giant KONE according to the account plan
根据项目计划提升巨人通力在客户业务当中的利益
Leadership / People management;领导/人员管理
Determines the responsible Giant KONE organization for the account together with the area’s sales manager
与区域销售经理一起决定巨人通力大项目及战略客户的职责
Accountable for driving commitment to the shared objectives among the sales managers, sales persons, supervisors and other Giant KONE team members
将对客户的承诺引导成为大家共同的目标,其中包括销售经理、销售员、安装监督以及其他巨人通力成员
Keeps the local sales persons and project managers up to date of the agreed practices, coordinates, monitors and reports the daily activities.
使区域的销售人员和项目经理了解最新的协议条款、甲方联系人、监管人员以及对日常工作的汇报
Requirements:要求
Diploma degree or above in commercial or technical field
学士学位或以上,专业是商业或者技术领域
At least 5 years working experience in elevator sales management
电梯销售管理至少5年的工作经验
Complex selling process management experience
丰富的销售流程管理经验
Customer relationship management skills and experience
客户关系管理技巧和经验
