1.Job position: Vendor quality engineer

2.Major tasks & responsibilities:
2.1 Establish, maintain and continuous improve the supplier quality assurance system;
2.2 Evaluate new supplier to reach high quality level ;
2.3 Process audit and ask supplier improving manufacture process , reduce failure risk;
2.4 Monitor the performance of supplier

3.Content and scope of job:
3.1 create ,maintain the quality documents of SCM department ;
3.2 Quality system audit and qualify new potenial supplier with other department ,finish audit report ,and follow improvement of supplier
3.3 In the production process of supplier , audit manufacture process , find out qulity control flaw and push supplier impove;"
3.4 Quarterly supplier performance data completion and send out to supplier for review and acknowledge;
3.5. orgnise regular supplier quality meeting and annual process audit;
3.6 Organize supplier 8D presentation and track it to close
3.7 Identify supplier trianing needs base on APQP practice and make arrangement;
3.8 work with other department to catch on the mass production schedule of project

4.Required skills, competencies and experience:
a.necessary education:
Engineering background with bachelor or above
Good english at writing, reading and speaking
b.Practical years of experience after above mentioned education:
3 year experience in quality department ,Motor and gearbox industry is perfered
c.Required special skills:
Familiar with ISO9001:2008 , TS16949 quality system
be skilled in different quality method , SPC, MSA ,APQP and so on
General Office software is necessary
d. others
Could travel frequently ;
Good communication and cooperation with other department and company.
