职位描述
一、,Main Duties & Responsibilities
1,Design or optimize the warehouse layout for all types of materials and goods based on the production process and company objectives.
2,Set up or optimize the inventory /warehouse module in our ERP ( Kingdee) system, make sure all of materials and goods data are updated timely, accurately in high level.
3,Be responsible for physical auditing on monthly base and annual base co-operated with finance department, make sure the data is highly match between Kingdee system, physical location and the paper records.
34,Controls inventory levels by maintaining the data and conducting physical counts; analyzing variance with initiating corrective actions. Provide the accurate information to customer service, purchasing and production scheduling.
5,Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, personnel policies and procedures.
6,Manage unloading, stocking, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into ERP ( Kingdee) system.
7,Be responsible and provide Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, consumption report, manpower status report to Line Manager.
.8,Ensure that workplace's safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
9,Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. monitoring,training and appraising job.
10,Drive warehouse keepers and other subordinates performance results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining
二、,Position Specification
1,Bachelor degree
2,Minimum 8 years experience in a manufacturing environment with minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
3,Excellent communication and organizational skills
4,Good at Bilingual in Mandarin and English
5,Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, PPT.
