职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Settle the production plan.
2. Organize and control the daily production operation to meet the objectives of production volume, quality and cost
3. Implement production related procedures in the field to make sure accordance with company requirement
4. Make production capacity planning to make sure production has the right capacity for customer demand, create and follow up the action plans
5. Keep and control the production equipment in good operation.
6. Calculate and manage production figures such as actual utilization, machine utilization, down time to meet target and make improvement continuously.
7. Lead and manage the production team and keep the staffs in good condition and well motivated
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering or related
2. Min 2 years’ experience on similar position in mechanical industry, MNC experience a plus
3. Good technical knowledge of production, including manufacturing technology such as machining, assembly, etc., production planning, production quality, QS system, logistics, etc.
4. Good team management experience and skills such as objective management, task assignment, team engagement, etc.
5. Good command of written and spoken English
6. Mature, can do attitude. Good interpersonal skills
7. Logical thinking, good communication and coordination skills
