1. Crafting integrated media strategies for clients based on consumer insights, client market shares and key competitor strategies.根据消费者洞察、客户市场份额和主要竞争对手战略，为客户制定整合营销策略。

2. Working collaboratively with account management to lead strategy development and with Creative team to shape effective creative product, and maintaining relationships with key external partners.与客户服务团队合作推进策略形成，与创意团队合作实现创意产品，并与外部关键伙伴建立良好关系。

3. Creating campaign ideas and appropriate strategies for new clients.负责提案，为新客户构建创意和合适策略。

4. Analyzing customer and competition landscapes, deriving insights and implications.分析客户和竞争环境，提出见解。

5. Conducting research on trends of branding/ packaging/ social media / e-Com to provide more innovative solutions for clients.研究品牌/包装/社交媒体/电商的发展趋势，为客户提供更具创新性的解决方案。

岗位要求：

1. Over 5 years proven experience of planning position in advertising agency, branding agency, market research agency (Bachelor or above degree is required. FMCG experience is a must, 4A agency is preferred).

5年以上广告公司、品牌公司或咨询公司策划工作经验(本科以上学历，有快消类客户服务经验，4A广告公司优先)。

2. Deep understanding and rich experience in brand planning / social media / e-Com field.对品牌策划/社交媒体/电商领域有深刻的理解和丰富经验。

3. Good proposal writing & presentation skills.Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and oral, able to convincingly write and present strategic plans and presentations)良好的提案写作和表达能力，中英文读写流利，能够用英文撰写策略方案并进行提报
