Position overview: 职位概述
Sales Director of the Beijing operation. This branch targets the large base of multinational companies, international schools, commercial buildings, and hospitals in the Beijing and Northern China area as well as the residential market. The Sales Director’s role focuses on partnership development and sales while also responsible for overall office operations and team cohesiveness.
该职位为境纯北京办公室销售总监。境纯北京办公室的客户主要是北京及华北地区的跨国企业,国际学校,商业大厦,医院及家庭住户。销售总监不仅负责销售业务及合作关系的拓展,还要负责整个北京办公室的运营和团队的管理发展。
Responsibilities: 相关职责
- Grow sales revenues at acceptable profitability

- Partnerships – already established and generating leads from ecosystem players like real estate service providers (JLL, CBRE), designers and architects (M Moser), industry groups (BOMA, IFMA), and other construction vendors (InterfaceSteelcase, Daikin, etc.)

- Processes and systems – Integrated ERP system including accounting, inventory, sales management, CRM, project management, HR, and asset management. Processes: consultant playbooks, remediation SOPs, report templates

Experience: 经验要求
- Minimum of 4 years’ demonstrated track record of sales success
- 四年卓越的销售记录
- Minimum of 2 years’ team management experience; ideally in sales, business development, or general team management
- 两年的团队管理经验,有销售团队管理、业务拓展团队管理或综合团队管理经验者优先考虑
- Educational background in chemistry, environmental sciences, sustainability, engineering, HVAC, architecture, or corporate real estate preferred
- 学、环境科学、可持续建筑、工程、HVAC、建筑或商业地产领域教育背景者优先考虑
- Industry experience and network in our key client industries preferred: green building (design or build), corporate real estate and development, facilities or property management, environmental consulting or solutions, environmental health & safety, industrial hygiene, or healthcare
