Responsibilities
Manage the workshop quality control process, environment control and application of the right standard.
Summarize the product performance and prioritize the worst quality problem need to focus.
Lead teams to identify the gaps and develop action plan to improve the plant's performace on quality, cost, volume and delivery.
Drive plant's quality team to improve the plant's base performance which include the number of complaints, PPM, reocurring issues and its impact to customers and label issues.
focus on customer's performance improvement on customer complaints and quality scraps(first time quality), quick response and new program launch, problem-solving and continue improvement on both quality and cost.
Lead engineeting team to solve technical problems, support production and manage cost-control activities.
Requirements
University degree in Science, engineering, business management or equivalent.
At least 6-8 years quality control experiences in automotive multinational companies
Good working knowledge of quality control and/or held a previous quality control program
Good quality control and analysis skills
Proven track records in quality control, broad knowledge and understanding of quality control and good sense of business and operations
Strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution and strong planning skills
Welldeveloped interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and confidence, enabling him to influence and drive multi-disciplinary teams
Chinese Mandarin and fluent English required
