Requirements

- Bachelor degree graduate & major in Business Administration or related
- At least 10 years working experiences in HR Manager or above position
- Professional HR knowledge and experience in all aspects of HR functions, i.e. staffing, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development and Employee Relationship etc.
- Be familiar with local labor law and other government regulations on employment
- Excellent inter-personal communication skill and be able to interact with all levels of management and staff.
- Fluent in English
- Computer literacy
- Strong leadership and coaching skill
