Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in management (HR would be a plus)
2.At least 3 years training related experience in multinational company, experienced in learning and development procedures and application.
3.English CET6 and above, fluent in oral and proficient in written.
4.Skillful interpersonal communication /diplomatic.
5.Self motivated, disciplined and organized.
6.Passion in learning and development of people.
