职位描述
l 1. 维修和保养、以保障设备及设施正常运行，使其满足公司持续发展的要求；
l 2. 帮助分析和实施新项目，完成各项目的工艺参数设定及工艺验证实验，优化制造过程；
l 3. 监督执行和完善设备日常维修保养制度及预防性维护制度，并贯彻落实；
l 4. 跟踪备品备件，及时调整易损零部件确保设备及夹具运转正常；
l 5. 负责设备的电气线路及PLC程序的维修维护；
l 6. 解决设备问题，降低废品率、降低安全事故、提高生产效率；
l 7. 公司消防设施维护保养以及厂务工作；
l 8. 投入公司TPM、5S、QCO，标准化，以及执行上锁挂牌、HSE等等工作；
l 9. 主管分配的其它工作；
任职要求：
l 1. 大专及以上学历，机电一体化及相关专业，熟悉气压，液压传动及PLC相关基础知识；
l 2. 具有维修电工或维修钳工中级（四级）及以上技能证书；
l 3. 持有特种作业电工操作证；
l 4. 能阅读并理解通用机械图纸和设备电路图，具PLC相关基础知识；
l 5. 思维敏捷，较强的动手能力以有良好的团队精神；
