Position Overview:　 

Provide technical development and production sustaining engineering support of lithogrphy process. 

Focus on lithography process development/test and equipment preventative maintenance, repair and improvement.

Responsibilities:　 

Primary(70%) 

1. Advanced Lithography process development, test and fine tune.

2. New tool & new technology evaluation & introduction

3. Preventative maintenance & trouble-shooting

4. Sustaining improvement for MP and NTO

5. Daily technique support for production

6. Cost reduction activities

Secondary(30%) 

1. Process optimization, documentation, data analysis and report update

2. Cross functional team support and task force activities

3. Training for new comer & junior engineer

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor or above degree. Major in mechanical, electrical or optical related

2. Above 5 years' equipment maintenance experience.  Experience on Tel mark or Gamma coater/developer is a plus  

3. Strong understanding of lithography process and related materials

4. Good data analysis and report skills

5. Good PLC skill is an advantage
