Job title:
Team Leader/Team Manager—R&D AND MECHANICAL( 研发设计 & 机械 --经理各1名)
Scope:
Responsible for a team of 3-7 consultants in a specific (sub) sector; covering a limited number of mid/high job profiles and focusing on a limited number of clients.
Reporting to:
Branch Manager/Regional Director
Job purpose:
To achieve team and personal sales targets through:
1 Developing and managing a defined client and candidate base
2 Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services
3 Developing, supporting and motivating a team of consultants
4 Compliance with company policies and reporting processes
Main accountabilities:
1. Acquisition and client management
2. Recruitment and candidate management
3. Team management
4. Administration and reporting
Key Performance Indicators:
All team leaders will have a personal budget as well as being responsible for the team budget.

1. Commercial acumen

Knowledge & background:
1 Expertise within the sector or business line
2 Proven results as a Consultant
