Key responsibilities/主要工作职责

· Supporting and advising line manager and site manager in SHE matters.

向一线经理和工厂经理提供环境安全和健康方面的支持和建议。

· Promoting HSE in the company based on the local and global SHE objectives and goals.

按当地政府和公司内部的目标要求，不断完善环境、安全和健康的管理。

· Supporting line management in SHE training for employees.

向一线经理提供环境、安全和健康的培训支持。

· Developing and maintaining a system for receiving, documenting and responding to HSE related reports and complaints.

建立和维护环境、安全和健康报告文件系统。

· Ensuring that a SHE risk analysis process is implemented and documented.

确保环境、安全和健康的风险分析得以实施和存档。

· Conducting periodic SHE inspections.

执行周期性的环境、安全和健康检查。

· Reporting critical SHE situations.

报告严重的环境安全和健康状况。

· Monitoring and documenting:

监督和存档：

1、 The implementation of SHE programs and action plans, especially SHE measures planned in order to close identified gaps

2、SHE accidents and incidents

安全和健康事故。

3、Occupational injuries and illnesses

职业伤害事故和职业病。

4、The status and progress of actions related to SHE goals and targets

· Compiling and documenting the SHE KPIs:

编写和存档：

1、Used for monitoring the trend towards the SHE goals

监督环境、安全和健康目标的发展趋势。

2、Used by the management as a basis for their SHE plans

3、For SHE reporting

环境、安全和健康报告。

4、Reviewing and supporting the communication of SHE related information and documentation.

审核和支持安全和健康方面的信息交流和文件存档。

· Support the dangerous goods transportation to comply with the international and national transportation regulations.

为危险品运输符合国际和国内要求提供支持。

· Support on quality compliance by managing the physical examination.

支持质量合规性工作，管理体检工作。

· Advising emergency response teams in the event of HSE incidents, including transport accidents involving Siegfried products.

在发生环境、安全和健康事故时，向应急响应小组提供建议。

· Establishing and maintaining the local (company internal) SHE emergency management system.

针对环境、安全和健康事故，建立和维护公司内部应急管理系统。

· Establishing and maintaining contacts with the local SHE authorities, professional organizations, scientific bodies and the public.

和当地的环境、安全和健康管理部门、专家组织、科学机构和公众建立和保持良好的关系。

Critical Experience and Skills/关键技能和经验

· 7 years’ SHE management experience in multinational chemical company, at least 2 years’ experience worked as a manager.

7年以上跨国化工企业环境安全卫生管理经验,其中至少2年经理职位工作经验。

· Experienced in pharmaceutical industrial is preferred.

具备制药行业管理经验者优先。

· Bachelor degree or above, major in safety or environment or chemical or engineering or other SHE related.

大学本科及以上学历，安全、环境、化工、工程或其他环安卫相关专业。

· Certified safety engineer is preferred.

注册安全工程师优先。

· Good English both in oral and written.

良好的英语听说读写能。

· Good experiences of MS office excel and word, SAP is preferred.

熟练使用办公软件，熟悉SAP系统者优先。
