Position: Process Engineer 注塑工艺工程师

Location: Suzhou

Requirements:

Education: BSME or four-year plastics /technical degree, preferably in plastics.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Tooling and Injection Molding Industry, have to familiar with Krauss Maffei injection molding machines

Knowledge & Skills:

Previous experience or training with project management techniques

Strong understanding of injection molding processes, resins and mold design

Experience with Scientific Injection Molding Principles in a related manufacturing environment

Demonstrated oral and written/technical document creation and presentation skills

Familiarity with statistical problem solving and six sigma techniques

Experience with validation protocols and reports, DOE, FMEA risk assessments, technical report authoring, strong statistical data analysis and recommendation reports

Attention to detail and able to work independently and on a team with little supervision

CAD proficient in 2D drawings, dimensioning and tolerance

Responsibilities：

Provide sustaining engineering support for all existing processes and production with hands on problem solving techniques

Monitors and implements use of systems to analyze processes and establish our capabilities

Identify, initiate and leads projects to improve productivity and quality through proper investigation and data driven six sigma principals

Support and develop validation protocols and reports. (IQ/OQ/PQ) Provide objective evidence that equipment, processes, test methods and product meet requirements and are complaint with applicable regulations..

Utilize scientific molding principals to establish a molding process..

Monitors all processes to ensure that efficient and quality assembly and lining practices are being used and output rates are optimized.

Implement corrective actions and follow-up on long term solutions.

Evaluate efficiency issues. Recommend processing and/or mold changes to effect repairs that would benefit the assembly and lining process.

Close communication with customers, QA, suppliers and product development teams on project matters, material issues, tooling and fixture design, process capability studies, and product quality issues for existing processes, products and related projects.

Maintain a vigilance to identify new potential technologies for the company
