Responsibility:
1. Build up new NVH Dyno bench/room, manage all activities during the Dyno room set-up: arrange and design lab/bench layout; coordinate colleague/supplier to install Dyno benches; debug/run the Dyno benches; do final acceptance of Dyno benches according to CBI requirement. / 建立新的NVH Dyno台架/实验室，管理在Dyno试验室建立过程中的所有工作：安排和设计实验室/台架布局；协调同事/供应商安装试验台架；调试运行试验台架；根据要求验收Dyno台架
2. Write test program according to test procedure / 根据测试规范编写试验程序
3. Conduct Inertia Dyno and Chassis Dyno NVH test according to CBI specification / 根据CBI标准运行惯性台架和转鼓台架NVH试验
4. Analyze the test results and create test reports; manage the test data / 分析测试结果，完成测试报告，管理测试数据
5. Design and manage test fixture / 设计并管理测试夹具
6. Arrange test schedule, manage tests parts and implement daily test / 安排测试时间表，管理测试样件和执行每一天的实验
7. Develop, improve and implement test process and working instructions; train technical to operate new test method / 开发，改进和执行测试流程和作业指导书；培训技术员操作新的测试方法。
8. Dyno bench maintenance and spare parts management with support of supplier, including air condition system, hydraulic system, driving system and electronic system. / 在设备供应商的支持下进行台架维护保养和备件管理，包括空调系统，液压系统，驱动系统和电器系统
9. Work with global experts to study new Dyno management tools, to upgrade software/hardware, to investigate new test technology; involved as a member of global Dyno testing team. / 和全球专家紧密合作，学习Dyno新的管理工具，更新升级硬件和软件，调查研究新的测试技术；成为全球Dyno测试团队的 一员
10. Support application engineer and NVH engineer to finish DV & PV tests. / 支持匹配工程师和NVH工程师完成DV和PV试验

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanism engineering, automation engineer or related field / 本科以上机械或自动化相关专业
2. Experience in lab/bench build up. / 有建立实验室或台架相关工作经验
3. 2+ years experience in bench test / 2年以上台架测试经验
4. Fixture design, VBA / 夹具设计，VBA
5. Willing to learn, problem solving, good communication and coordination skill
