1 Overall responsibility for the production department
2 Establishing sound workflow and production processes and supervision/ documentation of respective controls
3 Support quality controls within the scope of production cycles and processes, run production approval processes
4Production planning, expansion and improvements of workflow and production planning ? Streamline planning process with respect to optimal machine and staff utilisation, sourcing, project coordination and timely delivery of set targets (JIT, OTIF, FMEA)
5 Supporting preparation and coordination of external customer and authority audits. Support of internal audits
6 Support conception and administration of product specifications
7 Responsibility for appropriate staffing of machines, shifts and production projects
8 Preparation and organisation of staff trainings
9 Leadership for staff supervision
10 Production objective responsibility
