Duties:
1. Support HR manager in implementing HR strategy and HR policy
2. Talents sourcing including white collar employees and blue collar employees
3. Company position title alignment
4. Job analysis for each position of the company
5..Establish external recruitment and internal recruitment process
6. Resources market investigation & resources analyses, as well as turnover analysis
7. Recruitment planning; Recruitment channel building, advertising text compilation & publishing
8. Coordination in organization changes & internal resources redeployment
9. Organizational communication
10.Head reporting
11.Employee turnover analysis
12.Employee data base and talents data base establishment and maintenance
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, HR management or related major
2. At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
3. Good command of computer skills required
4. Fluent in English is a must.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
