Requirements:
· University Degree or above, majored in Mechanical engineering or automotive engineering(机械工程或车辆工程本科毕业)
· Bachelor’s degree qualified with minimum 9 years work experience，seating or suspension experiences is highly preferred，have experience of new product design（本科毕业九年以上工作经验,有汽车座椅和正向产品开发经验）
· Manage a team no less than 10 team members（曾管理过不小于10个人的工程团队）
· Proficient in using English to communicate technical specification in global conference call with customer（熟练使用英语召开电话会议，完成技术讨论）
· Knowledge of stamping process and injection process（熟悉冲压件工艺和注塑件工艺）
· Knowledge of APQP and ECN process（熟悉APQP流程和工程更改发布流程）
· DFMEA skill usage（有设计失效性模式分析经验）
· Work independently, solving the problem in urgent issue.（能独立完成工作，解决紧急问题）
· Strong communication and coordination skills.（良好的沟通和协调能力）
· Honest and sense of responsibility, good team work sprit. （良好的责任意识和团队合作精神）
· experience using Catia V5 R20 is preferred（会使用CATIA软件者尤佳）
