Requirements:
1.Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electricity)
2. above 3 years experience in workshop quality for Europe/US/Jap manufacturer

Responsibilities:
1 Audits of station
He carries out audits of working station in the assembly workshop.
He observes a working station and analyzes all that composes it (documentation, enabling, respect of safety, etc).
He validates enabling of the assemblers of workshop
2 Quality follow-up
He follows quality during the assemblies (assistance and council near the assemblers, checking of the conformity of the assembly).
He follows the conformity of the assembled sets or the articles.
He analyzes the defects found during the tests of the tripolar sets (times of closing or CR).
He writes the NC reports of non conformity detected during inspections before tightness test.
He carries out an analysis of the risk, following the problems encountered during assembly (which other parcels can present the same anomaly?).
In relation with the Technical, it seeks the causes of the risks with the documents necessary (drawings) and by dimensional measurements.
3 Administrative follow-up
He analyzes and classifies filters produced after the mechanical tests of the circuit breakers B105/3 and T155/2.
He ensures a specific follow-up of apparatus following the events and opportunities.
He writes a weekly management report of conformity inspection on the finished parcels (pressure test and tightening torque...).
He writes a monthly and annual report, brings his comments on cleanliness samplings carried out and pressure tests.
He reads again, comments on and supplements the NC reports emitted by the assembly workshop before signing them.
He follows the cleanliness survey tables (weekly, monthly and annual synthesis).
He follows the calibration of the SF6 leakage analyzers, writes the title of calibration and delivers the apparatuses in the event of breakdown.
4 Expertise
He carries out expertise on the apparatuses which return to the factory, following damages on site.
He writes his report and proposes corrective and preventive actions
