Requirements:
1.Technical/Commercial education. Bachelor degree (1st obtained orginal degree) as first degree or above.
2.At least 8 years experience in the function of procurement, supply chain or material management, more than 3 years experience as manager. Experience in similar industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:
1. PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT
According to customer order, responsible for the raw materail planning. Manage and control the procurement activities in order to feed the production on time
2. WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
Manage the warehouse and inventory in order to reduce the product cost
3. IMPORT/EXPORT MANAGEMENT
Responsible for all the import/export processing, handling, tax control, forwarder evaluation in order to control costs and get the imported materials/export goods on time/quality.
4. PROCESS AND PROCEDURE
Establishing good procudure and process in order to have a good management and increase effectiency
5. TEAM LEAD AND DEVELOPMENT
Hire, train, motivate, evaluate and develop the team in order to increase team competencies.
6. INDICATORS
Produce, analyse unit logistics indicators in order to pilot department strategy and actions.
7. EHS:
Obey and practice the EHS local regulcations as well as company's EHS requirement, and achieve the zero serious incident target and improve EHS performance under his management scope through leading the risk identification and control, involve in the different level EHS visits, and conduct the employee EHS trainings.
