Responsibility:
1. Secretarial work
Provide secretarial support to the manager and other staff in Production, including making documents, typing, and filing documents. Arrange travels, appointments and meetings, handle correspondence, etc..
2. Routing paperwork
Routing company forms and department information through proper channels in the company
3. Communication
Contact with Production employee to find out their needs and concerns relating to job and provide assistance
4. Reporting
Supervise and collect the data`s and information for the on-time release of the different production reports and indicators.
