Getinge Infection Control is looking for a In process Quality Engineer for its new project, this position is located in Suzhou Factroy.

Responsibilities
1. Ensure in-process product quality, manufacturing process quality, work instruction being followed, and manufacturing equipment be validated.
2. Control final product quality to ensure qualified product be released to customer.
3. Handling customer complaint, take CAPA and continuous improvement project to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
4. Establish quality standard for in-process product and final product.
5. Support sourcing team to audit suppliers to ensure supplier qualification.
6. Other work assigned by Infection Control Quality Supervisor.


Qualification
Education
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Training
Received the training about production operation and product knowledge.
Experience
More than 5 years of solid experience with multinational companies and being involved in aspects of quality, process control, supplier development & quality control.
Skill
Background in medical-device, automobile or other industry recognized for maintaining effective quality processes.
Familiar with ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO14001, preferably certified auditor.
Knowledge of quality control tools such as SPC, FMEA and Gage R&R.
Good communication skill and coordinate ability.
Good command of English and Mandarin.
Attitude
Self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently under pressure.
A passion for quality.
Teamwork spirit.
