Minimum 3 years experience in facilities system in the following environment: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant
Familiarity with Machinery Safety, Chinese National Machinery Codes and Good Practices.
Familiarity with HVAC,s IQ/OQ/PQ
Strong technical knowledge, abilities and competency in Machinery System and equipments
Strong hands-on skills in maintaining and trouble-shooting System and equipments.
Strong problems analytical and solving skills.
Familiarity with GMP or ISO13485
Familiarity with National Machinery Codes and Safety Practices of the People,s Republic of China.
Work well under pressures with short deadlines and least supervision,
Ability to work under odd hours and be present under emergency calls.
Good inter-personal skills and ability to work cohesively within a multinational team in an international environment.
Ability to learn quickly and adjust personally to changes in customer requirements.
Loyalty and good ethical behavior.
Knowledge in Chinese Language and Technical Terms. Written knowledge in English is must.


Job Description:
Facilities & Machinery
To conduct routine surveillance on facilities and its expected performance.
To produce reports based on monitoring of critical parameters of facility systems and equipment including but not limited to Diesel Engines, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, RO Water System, Plumbing and Sanitary System, Fire Prevention Pumps, VRV, VFD, Motors, Sprinklers, Kitchen Equipment, Natural Gas Supply and Compressed Air System.
To conduct periodic and preventive maintenance for facility systems and equipment including but not limited to Diesel Engines, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, RO & Distilled Water System, Plumbing and Sanitary System, Fire Prevention Pumps, VRV, VFD, Motors Sprinklers, Kitchen Equipment, Natural Gas Supply and Compressed Air System.
To carry out remedial or rectification works where necessary for mechanical facility systems and equipment including but not limited to Diesel Engines, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, RO Water System, Plumbing and Sanitary System, Fire Prevention Pumps, VRV, VFD, Motors, Sprinklers, Kitchen Equipment, Natural Gas Supply and Compressed Air System.
Be engaged with supervision of outsourcing sub-contractor.
Alteration & Commissioning
To assist the Facilities supervisor in leading and carrying out Testing & Commissioning of all facilities system and equipments.
To assist the Facility supervisor in producing and reviewing Testing & Commissioning reports of all facilities system and equipments.
Customers and Safety
To attend to customer,s complaints on facilities system and equipment and take steps to remedy the complaints. To promote and enforce Machinery Safety among customers, contractors and other
associates in the plant.
