Requirement;
1.3-5 years experience in supplier sourcing and management
2. Experienced in Casting supplier development is a must
3.Bachelor degree, major in casting or mechanical,
4.Knowledge in quality control system
5.Strong negotiation, problem solving skill
6.Fluent English both in oral and written
7.Good command of Microsoft Office software
8.High sense of self-responsibility taking, good organization, coordination and communication

Principal Accountability:
1. Lead the sourcing team to develop the new local suppliers according to the product development plan
2. Casting supplier development is key responsibility for the role
3. Coordinate with Global supplier chain team for new supplier audit and qualification process
4. Work with new suppliers for RFQ and clarify the technical, engineering and quality requirements to suppliers properly.
5. Follow up the sample process until the sample approval
6. New supplier quotation system entry
7. Cost saving opportunities analysis
8. Audit and evaluate suppliers with support from quality department,
9. Long term agreement negotiation and set up with key vendors
10. Responsible for supplier quality issue, corrective actions, continuous improvement
11. Other duty assigned by supervisor
