职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITY
1. Work with Corporate Sales Team to develop healthcare business worldwide;
2. Achieving annual sales targets;
3. Analyzing customer prospect needs;
4. Developing new accounts;
5. Obtaining orders from current customers;
6. Developing and implementing sales related programs and activities focused on selling and marketing in Healthcare Industry;
7. Negotiating long term agreements and managing ongoing relationships with customers;
8. Have a track record that shows an ability to bring in new customers and increase sales each year;
9. Keeping management informed through regular activity call reports and other communications.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor degree in Engineering or marketing, Master Degree is a plus;
2.At least 8 years working experience in healthcare industry and has extensive contacts in the industry;
3.Experienced in sales, marketing and customer management;
- Solid knowledge in plastic processing;
- Hands-on experience in planning, organizing and analyzing;
- Good leadership skills, people skills and communication skills;
- Aggressive, self-motivated, sales driven and result-oriented;
- Nice personality to work with team members in building good team spirit;
- Six Sigma trained;
4. Good communication skills in both Chinese Mandarin and English;
5. Good computer skills;
6. Be able to locate in Suzhou and make frequent traveling
