 Job Description: 

1. Company-wide, cross-customer technical advice on the contents of R&D department.

2. Responsible for new technology products (e.g. HV boxes, PDU, HV connectors).

3. Support the AK-DRE a/o Pre-development engineers from Germany  in development projects..

4. Maintain technical communication channel with customers.

5. Give active knowledge transfer through training.

6. Further development and adaptation of concepts to customer specific or market requirements.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or engineering.
2. At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry related, familiar with automotive structure, or minimum 1-2 successful finished project of connectors and PDU.
3. Experience in product developments.
4. Familiar with TS 16949 quality system knowledge.
5. Experience in dealing with time-critical topics; special knowledge of PDU′s, HV-Boxes, Connectors.
6. Ability of failure analysis and problem shooting is required.
7. Good communication skill in English, both written and oral.
8. Enthusiasm for a structured and well-organized working behavior with a pro-active working behavior.
