Position: Mechanical/Project Engineer

Number: 1 person

Working Location: Suzhou( 苏州)

Requirements:

·Degree Holder or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

·8 years or above working experience in electrical appliances industry or power tool industry.

·CAD software: Pro/E or UG ,AutoCAD ,MS-office, Excel, Project

·Experience in new product development and project management, creative but practical, able to work in a dynamic environment and results driven

·Work under tight deadlines, high sense of responsibility and with good coordination skills.

·Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)

·Station in Shenzhen or Suzhou office.

·Candidate with more experience will consider for the position of Project Engineer.

Responsibility

·Support project manager in cross functional development team for a portfolio of projects in Asia.

·Accountable for the project and/or product quality in the development stage in Asia

·Regular visit to suppliers for project review meeting to ensure the suppliers can deliver the products to meet company expectations.

·Responsible maintain the Product Specifications in the development.

·Responsible to plan and review product testing in different development phases.

·Responsible to evaluate product quality in the engineering builds.

·Lead product design review during the development stage with suppliers.

·Identify the risks of the projects during the development stage at supplier site and report in the cross functional team meeting regularly.

·Support the Quality Engineers to write Quality Plan for quality assurance activities.

·Support Sourcing Team to manage the project costing in the development stage to make sure it meets the project costing targets.

·Frequent travel in Asia
