Responsibilities 职责：
1. File keeping for offers and orders
对报价和订单进行文件归档
2. Upload the visit report or training report into CRM
将客户拜访或培训报告上传至CRM系统中
3. Customer create or modify in CRM and SAP
在CRM和SAP系统中新建或修改客户信息
4. Organization and coordination of business trips of Customer Support Engineers.
组织、协调客户服务工程师的出差
5. Update technicians trip information.
更新工程师出差信息

Requirements 要求:
1.Junior students and major in liberal arts preferred;
大三学生，文科相关专业优先；
2.Good English communication, CET-4 or above;
良好英语沟通，英语4级以上者；
3.Good command of Microsoft office.
良好的办公软件应用能力；
4.Ability to work 4 days at least per week;
每周至少能工作4天；
5.Smart, hard working and responsible
理解能力强，工作努力负责
