Common Duties and Responsibilities: 岗位职责
？ Define the testing specifications.
？ 编写测试说明书。
？ developing and making automated testing systems and test equipment based on specifications.
？ 基于测试要求开发制作测试系统和测试设备。
？ Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality or function of raw materials, in- process products, and finished products.
？ 按照实验室既定程序和测试要求进行原材料，半成品和成品进行质量或功能测试
？ Record results, perform calculations, and prepare test reports in English, including conclusions and recommendations.
？ 记录结果，进行计算，用英语完成测试报告（包括分析和建议）
？ Follow instructions and checklists to set-up test equipment and product prototypes.
？ 按照说明书和检查单来设置测试设备和产品样品搭建
？ Perform daily administration and assign test tasks to technician.
？ 执行实验室设备的日常管理，测试任务的分配
？ Provide technical support to production and sales
？ 为生产和销售提供技术支持

Competency 任职要求：
？ Be able to operate lab instruments
？ 熟练操作实验室仪器
？ Knowledge of local industry safety standards
？ 具备国内工业安全标准知识
？ Knowledge of programming systems like LabView or similar；Be able to write test program.
？ 有编程的知识，如LabView或类似的；能编写测试程序
？ Knowledge of communication interfaces with National boards or similar
？ 具有和主板通信接口的知识
？ Be able to conduct trouble shooting or other analysis
？ 能够进行故障解除或其它分析
？ Normally Reports To: R&D Manage
？ 汇报对象：研发经理.
？ Minimum Qualifications: University (Degree).
？ 本科或以上学历
？ Graduation in electronic engineering
？ 电子工程专业
？ Years of Experience: 5
？ 5年以上相关工作经验
