Responsibilities:
·Ensure safety, quality, and compliance by leading, coordinating and undertaking the implementation of the continuous improvement and elimination of waste journey for Stryker Suzhou The Stryker Way (TSW).
·Fully comply with all GMP, Regulatory and Product Quality requirements.
·Design, develop and implement The Stryker way roadmap and journey.
·Set up the Net work with Stryker other sites for the collaborative learning.
·Select, implement, train and maintain Lean tool to improve/ensure quality and eliminate waste throughout entire supply chains.
·Initiate and lead the cross teams on continues improvement project to achieve the business goals.
·Support the organization in achieving the business goals and continues improvement objectives.
·Work Place overall layout design.
·Support process optimization activities, such as OEE improvement.
·Analyze the overall equipment capacity.
·Recruit, train, coach, mentor and develop the team.
·Create a positive, team oriented and engaging work environment.
·Coordinate the activities and evaluate the performance employees.Coordinate the activities and evaluate the performance employees.


Requirements:
·Fully understand and be able to apply, enforce, comply and meet all GMP standards and quality requirements.
·Expert on lean tools and six-sigma concepts, including but not limited to 5S, Visual Management, TPM, VSM, Pull system
·Manage and lead lean projects.
·Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
·PC command and basic knowledge in Microsoft Power Point, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD.
Must be bilingual (English and Mandarin).
·5+ years related engineering experience.
·Training in lean and six-sigma tools.
·Experience in developing and working with small group problem solving teams.
·B.S. in Engineering.
·Professional certification (CME, CQE, Lead auditor) and professional licensure (PE, EIT) are a plus.
·Master Degree desired
