Description:
-Buy direct materials for project/commodity assigned;
-Base on weekly MRP running to execute material buying, pull in, push out, cancellation;
-MOQ, PPV control to minimize inventory and material cost;
-Price negotiation to implement cost reduction continuously;
-Follow up PO and track material delivery (Receiving), MRB, RTV, and Payment;
-Conference call with supplier/SCM on material issue solving;
-Conduct supplier survey and qualification for new supplier with other parties (Quality, Engineering);
-Vendor performance review and relationship building;
-Act as CFT member to lead and follow up project material buying activity;
-Assist manager to implement VMI, JIT, and supplier localization & consolidation strategy.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree, major in engineering/business/logistics or related;
-Good English speaking, reading, writing and listening;
-More than 3years experience in material procurement or supply chain management;
-Acceptable communication & coordination ability and negotiation skill;
-Be familiar with purchasing process and ERP system (Oracle is preferred);
-Know supply channels on metals/hardware/commercial/finishing process/packaging material;
-Good personality is must.
