职位要求：
1、主要负责项目的技术架构和设计，主持和参与系统需求的讨论和关键技术的实现；
2、负责与开发工程师交流、任务分配与组织协调工作；
3、负责与客户进行项目接洽如售前沟通与软件交付，调研、引导、控制、实现客户的需求；
4、对整个软件项目的开发全过程进行管理和考核，包括：概要设计、研发管理、方案演示、项目验收等环节，制定项目计划和实施管理，并跟踪记录每个项目的进展状况；
5、负责所在部门的团队建设。

岗位要求：
1、3-5年软件项目（C#.NET）团队管理经验，3年以上C#、ASP.NET软件研发经验，计算机、电信、数学或其他理工科学士；
2、具备极强的技术研发能力，项目进程的控制力和项目管理能力，精通CMM或PMP优先；
3、具备同时协调、管理多个复杂项目进程的能力，有较强的沟通表达能力，能够根据客户或公司内部部门需求交付合格产品或解决方案；
4、熟练掌握C#（或VB.NET）、ASP.NET编程，能熟练使用VS.NET 开发工具；
5、熟练掌握DHTML、CSS、AJAX、JAVASCRIPT等WEB页面设计与编程，熟练掌握XML
6、精通Oracle、SQL Server或MySQL数据库；
7、掌握UML，熟悉软件分析建模工具如：Rational Rose等，精通面向对象分析设计方法；
8、有志于在技术路线上长期深入发展，并具有较强的技术文档撰写能力；
9、有领导气质，高度的工作热情和工作积极性，具有团队精神，很强的创新思维能力和独立解决问题的能力，能有效推动项目落实和成功交付。
