Requirements:

1. Four years Engineering degree (mechanical or electrical preferred)
2. Min 3 years quality engineering working experience
3. Familiar with Quality Tools (7QC tools, SPC, FMEA, MSA etc.) and experience of using quality problem-solving techniques.
4. In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with ISO9000 quality system standards and its requirements
5. Able to read 2D mechanical drawings
6. Proficient skills in data analysis, interpretation and presentation of analysis results
7. Able to read and communicate in English
8. Prefer to have knowledge of basic audio, acoustical and RF principles

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and support production line quality to meeting plant key metrics.
2. Support new product teams and plant Quality by creating necessary quality related documents and processes needed for successful implementation and continued production.
3. Provide training and quality support to production associates and inspectors
4. Work with PST (problem solving team) to perform process issue root cause analysis and corrective/ preventive actions implementation and effect evaluation.
5. Handle customer complaint and work with cross function team to investigate the issue and come up with the solution to feedback to customer with 8D report if it's quality issues.
6. Make a proper disposition with team for the raw material issue in MRB meeting
7. Monitor and control blocked parts with quality issue, lead rework if needed.
8. Supervise inspectors on their daily work
9. Support on providing quality assistance services, such as quality system reviews and audits.
10. Assist quality supervisor and manager to lead and guide inspectors for continuous improvement of efficiency
11. To be familiar with all test tools and instruments to conduct all tests for raw material, and finished goods.
12. Provide support to maintain and improve ISO 9001 Quality Management System through internal audits, corrective and preventive actions, and continual improvements.
13. Other duties as required.
