Job objective
Assist the quality manager on all aspects of planning and daily activities which are related to the quality of infection control products, processes and complaint handling, support in supplier quality development. This position will be based in Suzhou Industrial Park.
Regular duties and responsibilities
1. Assist in setting up and maintain a quality / environmental management system, establish quality standards for incoming material, in-process product and final product.
2. Ensure incoming material quality, control in-process quality and final product quality with effective and efficient team management.
3. Support on supplier audit, lead first article inspection and FA functional validation, control non-conformity parts and request supplier corrective actions.
4. Handle customer complaint; take CAPA and continuous improvement project at right occasion to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
5. Develop Infection Control quality team, attend internal audit, and ensure calibration gauge,s effectiveness.
6. Other work assigned by QA / RA manager.
Authority
1. Decision on approval and arrangement the inspection in coming parts/in-process/finished product.
2. Decision on accept/not accept customer feedback.
3. Decision on stopping the manufacturing line if any nonconforming found on site.
Qualification
Education
*University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Training
*Received the training about production operation and product knowledge
Experience
*8 ~ 10 years of solid experience with multinational companies and being involved in aspects of quality, process
control, supplier development & quality control
Skill
*Background in medical device, automotive or other industry recognized for maintaining effective quality processes
*Familiar with ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO14001, preferably certified auditor
*Knowledge of quality control tools such as SPC, FMEA and Gage R&R
*Good command of English and Mandarin
