THE ROLE:

AMD PAE team is to assist the customers for any technical support in AMD projects, and confirm the project can mass production smoothly.

THE PERSON: Has knowledge with Notebook/AIO/Desktop/Workstation system design and issue debug. Has good communication skills and be able to work both independently and in a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Notebook/AIO/Desktop/Workstation platform customer issues debug/support.

? Leading design reviewing process to support customer Q&A.

? Visiting customers for training/issue triage.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

? Above 10 years experiences in Client Notebook platform design.

? Knowledge of AMD platform and SOC platform design.

? Design leader and system platform debug experiences is required, experience of Lead team is plus, support projects and co-work with OEM/ODM directly, as well as internal team.

? Leading the customer project design and join conference call, make a proposal to customer for any technical support, and design review, end to end project MP smoothly.

? Leading issues debug status and make the project progress can meet the schedule.

? Good communication skills/ Teamwork/ management.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

? Bachelor or Master, major in EE, CS or related area
