MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Management:
Finding new customer and to develop them.
Plan, lead and carry out sales activities to achieve sales targets by calling and visiting existing customers to understand and identify their needs to create a long-term customer supplier relationship. Plan and lead quarterly follow up meeting with customer
Research, identify and develop existing and potential customer portfolio.
Be responsible for the price negotiation and the quotation.
Contract management:
Conclude sales contracts by coordinating the personnel of customer services, logistics and inventory control.
Provide customer credit information for company credit control function, ensure timely payment of receivables to meet established sales targets and revenue goals.
Support for sales forecasting and planning:
Collect customer data / information / feedback /
Monitor, analyze, assess and communicate monthly sales data to Sales Manager and identify business opportunities, pinpoint problem areas and provide solutions.
Market intelligence:
Prepare market research project to develop competitor grid and benchmarking analyses on competitors' positioning and the performance of their competitive products.

Qualifications:
High performance person.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Familiar with customer decision processes, be able to develop close relationship with defined customer to maintain account profitability.
Minimum 4+ years working experiences in industrial sales with strong sales experience. Experience of sales in packaging industry is an advantage.
Willing for working under reasonable pressure.
University degree in Business Management
Fluency in spoken English is essential.
