Shanghai BurmingNash Consulting is a leading provider of Exhibition and HR Consulting Services, we provide professional service within the industry and focuses on Shanghai and extends to the whole exhibition market of China. Based on our proficiency in technical skills and rich experience, we dedicate ourselves to the providing high-quality exhibition and HR Consulting services. As per the high expansion of China Market, we are now looking for a Regional HR Manager based in our Shanghai Headquarter.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Search, interview and provide new people at site manager and supervisor level to operation in order to answer to the needs expressed by operation team in region but also to anticipate these needs according the knowledge he/she can have of the business and people on site.
2.In collaboration with Regional Director, to anticipate human resources needs in line with the business development, strategic orientations, and people performances to ensure that sufficient human resources are sourced, trained and made available on time to sign new contracts, open new contracts and retain existing contracts.
3.Use assessment tool to define the must suitable training program to prepare the new site managers.
4.To define with operation team appropriate sites and coaches to prepare new site managers.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1.5-10 years working experience in human resource department.
2.Proven experience as HR generalist. Familiar with human resource management in service industry
3.A quick learner
4.Able to work under pressure and complex environment
5.Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English
