1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Job Summary – (Role Summary) 职责概述
• To manage the Restaurant operations achieving business objectives through customer focused service delivery.
通过关注客人、管理餐厅运营以达到经营目标
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
坚持涉及健康、安全的地方法规或其他法规要求，以及品牌标准和地方的政策和程序
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities, maximum 5 activities) 工作职责
• Share recommendations and guest comments to Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to reflect current customer profile
与厨师长和餐饮部经理分享当前客人提出的积极正面的建议和意见
• Develop and implement Promotions Calendar for F&B products in restaurant
发展和执行餐饮部定期的促销计划
• Manage customer database and utilize effectively
整理客人资料并有效利用
• Up-sell property facilities
推销酒店设施
• Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
与上级一起准备和制定部门预算
Others: Implement other responsibilities assigned by superior

2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 必要条件
Required Skills 必要技能–
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
与客人、员工及能高度反映酒店、品牌和公司的第三方互动的能力
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
当地政府机构所要求的酒精类饮料知识证书或食品服务许可证、健康证、食品处理证等
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
解决问题、推理、激励员工、组织和培训的能力
• Good writing skills 擅长写作
• Leadership Skills 领导能力
