职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achievement of both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.
2. To promote ABB Crane system about china crane market.
3. Tightly follow up sales projects, making project analysis, action plan according to the project situation, further to secure the project
4. Establish, develop and maintain the relationship with assigned key accounts, and implement the management plan for key accounts
5. Work closely in cooperation with other sales and support colleagues
6. To regularly report to his line manager about his working situation
7. Timely maintain and update sales process databases
8. Make the Sales bidding Documentation if needs
9. To arrange and participate the meeting related to technical and commercial discussion with customers

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in Electrical and Electronic or other relevant crane industry engineering;
2. 2~3 years of work experience in Crane industry and knowledge about crane electric equipment
3. 3~5 years Sales Experience of sales projects, customers purchasing behavior , negotiation skills and other system sales skills are needed for successful working;
4. Fluent English is favorite, both written and spoken;
5. Professional level ability with MS Office tools;
6. Be able to travel frequently
7. Good analytical decision making and problem solving skills are mandatory requirements, as well as ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
8. Good communication skill and responsibility, team cooperation spirit
