职位描述


  

Roles & Responsibilities: 

1)Responsible for Engagement Model implementations

  

负责客户关爱的实施

  

  • Localize global engagement model strategy in respective district and fully comply with the directions
  • 将全球客户关爱模式策略本地化,并完全遵从指示
  • Dispatch respective targets with cross functional communications.
  • 透过跨部门合作达成业务目标
  • Work aligned  with District Engagement model target and HQ team to achieve targets of all sales plays and secure the implementation
  • 遵照区域业务目标和总部团队合作,完成所有销售活动的目标并确保执行
  • Closely follow the guideline of retention; recovery & rescue
  • 严格遵守客户维护、挽救和赢回

       

2)Retention of existing customers by:

     

   通过以下方式保留现有客户:

           

  • Proactive management of relationship building with A customer and support and monitor the long-tail customers relationship building covered by Service.

        

     主动管理与客户的关系建立,支持服务团队覆盖的长尾客户关系建立

           

  • Propose innovation pricing framework/ service contract proposal.

        

     提出创新定价框架/服务合同建议

           

  • Plan training upgrade for customers

        

     为客户制定培训升级计划

       

3)Rescue and Recovery of lost customers

     

     挽救赢回失去的客户

           

  • Monitor and analyze (root cause analysis) customer buying pattern in all customer groups

        

     监控并分析所有客户群体的客户购买模式(根本原因分析)

           

  • Propose innovation solution to win-back/ retain accounts

        

     提出赢回/保留客户的创新解决方案

           

  • Retention care/ monitoring of win-back/ retain accounts to ensure loyalty sustainability

        

     维护/监控赢回/保留账户,确保忠诚的可持续性

  

4)Install base management

  

     机器台数管理

    

  • Responsible for respective district IB management

   

    负责各分区IB的管理工作

    

  • Analyzing the install base to ensure data accuracy

   

    分析安装数据,确保数据准确

    

  • Partner with Service organization to propose proactive actions to improve data accuracy

   

    与服务团队合作,主动提出改善数据准确性的措施 

    

  • Use AMBIT to find business opportunity

   

    使用AMBIT寻找商业机会

  

5)Fully responsible for district Supplies; Spares & Service strategy build up and ensure successful deployment

  

全面负责区域耗材、配件和服务等供应;建立备件和服务策略,确保成功部署

      

  • Build up S&S strategy under aligned direction & guidance

   

    在公司战略指导下制定行动方案

    

  • Create action plans cross product nature & teams

   

    创建跨产品性质和团队的行动计划

    

  • Secure the execution and deliveries

  • Service contract is new task in 2019 as a key

  • Lead by example thru manage account / territory activities

6)Optimize local processes and procedures and collaborating on ways to improve revenue and efficiency by looking at best practice in the full aftermarket provision.

  

优化本地流程和程序,并通过研究全面售后服务的***实践,就提高收入和效率的方法进行合作。

  

7)Implement key initiatives for After Market Sales growth in district (forecasting; budgeting; after sales growth; price increase; etc.) along with consistent and effective execution.

  

实施区域售后市场销售增长的关键计划(预测;预算;在销售增长;价格上涨;),并持续有效地执行。

  

8)Synchronize business priorities with Sales operations, Key Account and Channel Sales.  Propose and implement the definition of the M-I best practice, processes and rules in direct or indirect liaison with sales activities ensure consistent deployment of these approaches within the Operations in line with company strategy.

9)Apply all tools to support business operation and routine management

  

应用所有工具支持业务运作和日常管理

    

  • Manage business with CPQ;  AMBIT; SFDC; SAP & other tools and make sure tools will be fully applied in all S&S organizations

       管理与CPQ的业务;范围;SFDC;SAP和其他工具,并确保这些工具在所有的S&S组织中得到充分的应用


  

Qualifications and Experience:

  

 

  

Ideally degree educated with 5+ years’ account management experience in an Inside Sales/ Aftersales experience in an industrial environment with complex B2B interactions, with experience in developing aftermarket sales strategy, Printer sales is a plus requirement.

  

5年以上内部销售/售后服务行业客户管理经验,具有复杂B2B互动的行业环境,有开发售后市场销售策略经验优先考虑打印机销售。

  

  • Install base management experience will be an added advantage

  

机器台数管理经验者优先

  

  • Able to demonstrate track record of success in Inside Sales/ After Sales

  

能够展示在内部销售/售后销售方面的成功记录

  

  • Knowledge of ERP & CRM (SAP, Salesforce, AMBIT)
