职位描述

岗位职责

1、销售管理职位,负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划;

2、制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度;

3、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估;

4、负责组织的销售运作,包括计划、组织、进度控制和检讨;

5、协助销售总监设置销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划;

6、建立和管理销售队伍,完成销售目标;

7、从销售和客户需求的角度,对产品的研发提供指导性建议。


任职资格

1、本科及以上学历,市场营销等相关专业;

2、3年以上销售行业工作经验,有销售管理工作经历者优先;

3、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系,业绩优秀;

4、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力;

5、有较强的事业心,具备一定的领导能力。

Job description

  

  • Located in  Shanghai;
  • Reporting to the CEO
  • Responsible to organize the roles and responsibilities of the Sales team members, to achieve the sales targets.
  • Responsible to make the sales team members training plans and train new sales members.
  • Responsible to organize the sales activities of the company: plan, assign and follow the tasks of the Sales team members and manage the Sales team members schedule and activities to achieve the sales targets.
  • Responsible to track and support the input of the delivered projects and released products feedback issues in the company ERP system.
  • Responsible to manage the team’s compliance to the company policies and regulations.
  • Responsible to report the Sales activities, sales project status and team results to the CEO and to the other managers at the management team meetings.
  • Support the definition of the annual sales plan, quarter plan and month plan, implement this plan and report to the CEO every week.
  • Achieve the defined company sale targets.
  • Responsible of all the payments from the customers.
  • Support the good development of the customers. Develop customer’s relationships and partnerships.
  • Organize the communications and coordination with other department.
  • Follow ongoing project, work with PM to satisfy customer.
  • Review the cost analysis for each project and report to GM for quoting strategies evolutions.
  •  Make distributor development plan and distributor management system.
  • Make training plan and training material for distributors.
  •  Support the company products studies and definitions for specific Automotive controllers and specific industries such as Electric Vehicle industry
  • Do market studies to find the industry trends and support the advanced concepts of the company future products to match the future of the addressed industries


  

Requirements

  

       Education

  

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Proficient in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

       Technical

  

  • At least 2 years Sales team management experience
  • At least 5 years working experience in equipment sales
  • Familiar with the Automotive market development situation. Previous experience in Automotive is a plus

       Other  

  • Ability to work in a hectic environment targeting customer satisfaction;
  • Open minded and team player;
  • Available to travel frequently: weekly travels in the Shanghai and neighbor provinces, bi-weekly travels in other more distant provinces

Created in 2009, Arts logics is an international designer and distributor, based in Shanghai CHINA and FRANCE, of Automotive Test Systems Equipment Platforms for professional Function Reliability (E***ironmental) and Production Line tests of all Automotive embedded controllers such as Engine controllers (ECU), Electronic power steering (EPS), Air bag controller (ACU), Battery management (BMS), Vehicle controller (VCU), ABS and many others.

The company developed from 2 persons end of 2009 to 35 persons in 2016 and reached a break even operation in 2012.

ART logics developed a proprietary equipment and software technology, able to test with a single platform, all the kinds Automotive embedded controllers for all their test needs from the design phase of the controller to the validation phase, the production phase and the after sales phase. A fully and truly transversal testing platform.

The company has
 - a R&D department of 15 persons with in-house design competencies of hardware PCB design, embedded software development on ARM, STMicro, PIC micro-controllers, FPGA programming, C# and C++ User Interface software development.
- a project management department of 12 persons, including project management, test systems design, production, purchasing, and sales.
- a quality control department, including hardware, software and system testing.
- an administrative department, including an internal fi***ce management and HR management.

The first customer of the company was Continental and ART logics in 2016 has 40 different customers including famous international tier 1 and OEM's such as Bosch, Autoliv, Johnson Control and GM but also including many Chinese local tier 1 and OEM such as SAIC, Geely, Weichai, Wanxiang A123, Dalian Yite, Hugong, Elite, DIAS and many others. Reference testing laboratories such as Intertek or Bureau Veritas are also customers of ART logics.
