Job Description:

1. 根据客户提供的SOR信息，主导完成新项目的初始设计方案及物料清单，为产品报价提供信息；

Make draft design and BOM on base of SOR from customer during RFQ phase.

2. 与客户技术部门沟通，负责相关项目的驻厂设计和现场支持；

Keep contact with customer engineering department, be responsible for on-site engineering support.

3. 根据要求负责完成产品3D数据和装配功能分析，及2D图纸；

Responsible for 3D and 2D.

4. 组织相关人员对产品设计方案进行评审；

Lead design review.

5. 确定产品关键要求，参与供应商定点；

Define KPC of component，involved in sourcing of supplier.

6. 制定产品的初始过程流程图,参与并完成关键设计输出，如Drawing，BOM，DFMEA，DVP&R，PVP&R等；

Be responsible of initial PFC, as well as Drawing, BOM, DFMEA, DVP&R, PVP&R, etc.

7. 主导样品生产，管控样品状态；

Be responsible of prototype production.

8. 跟踪 DV，PV试验,评估测试结果以及纠正措施的制定。

Track DV/PV, test result judgement.

Qualification:

1. 相关专业本科及以上学历； 

Bachelor and above degree of related specialty.

2. 三年以上产品开发相关工作经验,有汽车线束开发经验优先； 

3 years of related work experience, automotive is a plus.

3. 熟悉产品开发流程，了解产品开发在项目进程中的重要性；

Familiar with product development.

4. 能熟练使用CATIA进行产品设计；

Good at product design with CATIA.

5. 英语口语流利；

Fluent with speaking English.

6. 具备一定的工程分析能力，可以独立解决技术问题；

Engineering analysis of technical issue.

7. 可以承受较大的工作强度，并完成分配的任务。
