(1) 参与新项目，配合项目工程师，使项目能够顺利按照计划进行。

(2) 审核递交给客户的样品及报告，确保其符合客户要求。

(3) 就产品的质量要求，与客户保持沟通，结合客户需求及产品特性，提升质量标准的适用性。

(4) 量产前，及时完成制定相关品质文件。（控制计划，品质重点图，检验指导书，包装说明书等）

(5) 组织安排新产品质量标准的培训及考核，使相关人员明确产品的质量标准及要求。

(6) 接收客户关于产品质量的投诉，并对不良原因作出分析，并组织有效的纠正行动，并以书面形式及时向客户汇报。

(7) 管理产品的质量表现，关注其趋势，及时采取纠正和预防措施或持续改善行动，确保该产品的质量表现达到客户期望或公司要求。

(8) 完成本部门领导直接交办的其他工作

任职资格： 

1、2年以上质量管理工作经验,  熟悉相关质量工具，具有机械图纸识图能力 

2、英语读写良好

3、有良好的逻辑分析及系统问题解决能力

4、有注塑行业或汽车经验优先
