高级成本经理 Cost Controlling
Responsibilities：
-Product Cost Control -Ensure Total COGS and COGM are calculated accurately to reflect actual product cost. Lead the annual product cost budgeting, focused on product cost setting and following up which related. Work closely with Production, Purchase, Engineer& Supply Chain department. Propose and implement COGS root cause analysis and improvement initiatives.
-Variance Analysis & Reporting–Minimize variances and understand, manage and optimize COGS / COGM developments.
-Capital Investment & Project Control– Evaluate the feasibility of Production capital investment and influenced Decision-Making by providing scenario analysis for Investment. Lead the Production investment rolling forecast on an annual basis. Monitor the actual capital spend during the project and analysis the variance which compared with the budget.
-Production PCE, Headcount Control and Inventories– Actively lead the Production Period Cost Expenses (PCE) and Production Headcount calculation rolling forecast on an annual basis. Monitor PCE actual spend monthly and report to the Director of Production to make sure the expenses spend are in control. Develop, implement an inventory management and working capital process to optimize working capital use.
-Write Off Control– Monitor the Production write off to make sure the reason and booking are reasonable. Deliver the write off report to the management team monthly for performance review.
-Compliance - Financial control to ensure the SOX and ICC policy to be implemented in Production. Communicated with Finance team to ensure correct record for Inventory and COGS. Draft and implement related SOPs.
-Analyze and report for ad hot project and/or costing related issues.
Qualifications：
-With 7-10 year of accounting experience in a senior position of which 5 years are with hands on product costing (implementation preferred) for a production company in chemical, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or to a lesser degree in other manufacturing areas.
-Understand SOX processes
-ERP skills should be SAP, UFIDA, ORACLE, or other packages
